We actually give you two snippet options.

Option 1: One Click Install - This will automatically add all the necessary code in your Shopify site.
Option 2: Step by Step Guide - for those that want ultimate customization, you can copy and paste the code snippet anywhere on your site.

Sure thing. However, a few small steps need to take place. One, we have a one-time $35 charge for the service. And we have to be added as a staff member to your Shopify account. Email us, and we will provide you with all the necessary steps to do just that. Once that is complete, it’s on to sharing. 

When you assign files to a product or page, this is what we call a "Relation", and you can have as many relations as you like.

Yes. You can have as many relations as you like.

Yes, and no. Right now, we can do that for you, but that will require a custom quote.

No. When you install the app, it automatically creates a ShopShare folder. The ShopShare folder can be found in the App folder. The app only has access to the contents inside that folder, and nothing else.

Yes. You might need to delete some files or cloud accounts. For example, if you have two Cloud accounts, and you want to downgrade to the Basic Plan (which only allows one cloud account), you will need to delete one cloud account beforehand.

No. All your files will remain on your cloud, no need to worry.
